Reading Assignment

In this summary please give your best understanding of what you think was the main point in each of the readings. Our next study will discover how God inaugurated his kingdom reign through the covenant with Abraham and his dealings with his people in the Old Testament. Even though we disobeyed God in rejecting his reign, he did not leave us but has committed himself to reestablish his reign in us through the promise of his Son, whom we know to be Jesus of Nazareth, the Son of God.
