II. The Church Is the Locus or Context of the Empowering Presence of the Holy Spirit.

The Church, both as individuals and as members, is indwelt by God’s empowering Holy Spirit, 1 Cor. 3.16-17. Believers together make up a dwelling place where God, the Holy Spirit dwells, Eph. 2.21-22.

A. The Holy Spirit in the Church is the supreme sign of Kingdom present.
