Conclusion

» Jesus’ last week provides compelling evidence of his claim to be the Messiah.

» In his suffering on Calvary’s cross, Jesus gives clear and convincing evidence of his love for his Father, his commitment to humankind, and his identity as God’s Passover Lamb. » All the events that lead up to Jesus' death speak of him as the Innocent One whose death alone can end, once for all, our debt of sin to God, overcome the effects of the curse, and destroy the works of the devil.
