Affirmation for the Day Sunday: God so loved the world he gave his only Son that every believer in him should never perish but receive eternal life. Monday: As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so Jesus had to be lifted up that believers may receive eternal life. Tuesday: God’s love, above all, has been manifest in the gift of his Son to the world. Wednesday: The Father did not send Jesus into the world to condemn it, but to save it. Thursday: The one who believes in Jesus is not condemned, but the unbeliever is condemned already, because they do not believe in Jesus’s name. Friday: The heart of salvation is that people love darkness, hate the light, and won’t come to it. Saturday: Those who belong to God come to light, and prove that their deeds have their origin in the Lord.
