Affirmation for the Day Sunday: Jesus is the Word made flesh, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. Monday: Jesus was fully human like us, in every respect, yet he never sinned. Tuesday: Jesus was truly God, Emmanuel, God with us. Wednesday: No one else can represent God to us or humankind to God, save Jesus our Lord. Thursday: Jesus comprehends our every need and weakness for he fully shared our humanity. Friday: The Holy Spirit enabled Mary to conceive and give birth to our Lord, Jesus of Nazareth. Saturday: Jesus is the new Adam, the head of an entirely new human race destined to live forever.
