Affirmation for the Day Sunday: The Holy Spirit has washed and regenerated us, making us God’s own children. Monday: Before we met Christ, we were foolish, disobedient, led astray, slaves to lust, and filled with envy and hate. Tuesday: God saved us according to his mercy and grace in Christ, not our works of righteousness and effort. Wednesday: God justified us (declared us righteous) by his matchless grace in Christ. Thursday: God’s love and kindness has appeared and been richly poured upon us in his Son. Friday: The fundamental Christian hope is the hope of eternal life in Christ. Saturday: Because the Spirit has washed us and regenerated us, we have been born from above.
