1. Am I willing to let God’s voice telling me to “Go!” play a greater role in my decision than my own evaluation of my fitness for the task?

2. If uncertainty continues after hearing God’s voice will I continue to ask him for specific confirmation and assurance ?

3. Will I assemble a team of people who are called by God , not coercing the unwilling or the incompetent through guilt, but relying only on those that God brings to share the vision with me?
