Administration 1 Cor. 12.28 The ability to bring order to church life

The ability to establish new churches among the unreached, nurture them to maturity, and exercise the authority and wisdom necessary to see them permanently established and able to reproduce; and/or A gift unique to the founding of the Church age which included the reception of special revelation and uniquely binding leadership authority. The ability to serve the Church through a Spirit-given ability to distinguish between God’s truth (his presence, working, and doctrine) and fleshly error or Satanic counterfeits. The passion and the ability to effectively proclaim the Gospel so that people understand it The ability to build up the Church through a unique ability to see the unrealized purposes of God and unwaveringly trust God to accomplish them. The ability to build up a church through taking delight in the consistent, generous sharing of spiritual and physical resources The ability to exercise faith that results in restoring people to physical, emotional, and spiritual health. The ability to explain the meaning of an ecstatic utterance so that the Church is edified. The ability to understand Scriptural truth, through the illumination of the Holy Spirit, and speak it out to edify the Body; and/or The supernatural revelation of the existence, or nature, of a person or thing which would not be known through natural means. Spiritually inspired courage, wisdom, zeal and hard work which motivates and guides others so that they can effectively participate in building the Church Sympathy of heart which enables a person to empathize with and cheerfully serve those who are sick, hurting, or discouraged.
