5. Experiment in a new celebration method each month, both personally and corporately. Don’t expect every idea to be successful; see celebration as a journey not a destination .
6. Enthusiastically celebrate the holy-days and seasons associated with the liturgical year that are acknowledged at your church. Seek to express your celebration in a tangible, concrete way .
7. Join with other families and members of your fellowship to design your own unique feasts, festivals, and celebrations . Create your own personal and family occasions designed to acknowledge God’s goodness in your life.
8. Attend and throw parties for the express purpose of celebrating the goodness of God . Look for occasions, ordinary or special, where you as an individual, a family, or as a church can express your love and joy in Christ. 9. Zacchaeus Projects: set aside time to engage in special ministry projects which are done to express your thankfulness to God for his generosity and forgiveness in your life. 10. Transform cultural holidays and festivities into opportunities to acknowledge the blessing, goodness, and leading of the Lord in the commemoration. Experi ment in ways that you can turn secular holidays “inside out” by transforming them into celebrations of God’s love for us in Christ and his provision in our lives through him.
