C. God’s judgment will be both rigorous and universal: God Almighty will hold all beings accountable for their responses to his holy will.

Conclusion

» The Word of God, as an instrument of the Holy Spirit, convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. » In regards to sin, the Word of God convicts us of our disobedience to God’s Law and failure to align our lives with his holy character and demands. » In regards to righteousness, the Word of God reveals the distance between the Lord as an infinitely righteous God and our own righteousness, which is unacceptable to him.
