1. Make the pastoral sermon the center of your small group discussion, prayer, and application.
2. Convert your Sunday School curricula to follow the sermon topics and series, and seek to apply the “message” the Lord is giving to the body through its teaching pastors, its teachers, and other leaders at every level and throughout the community.
3. Obey the explicit “one another” commands in viable small (or cell) group connection for every member of the assembly.
4. Encourage and allow small groups to experience all dimensions of Church life under the authority of your pastoral team; let your cell groups function as prototypes and instruments of fundamental Christian celebration and discipleship.
a. Observe the seasons of the Church Year together.
b. Make use of the Revised Common Lectionary.
c. Create your own special celebrations and observances.
