A ppendix 33 Translation Partnership Agreement SAMPLE [Language] Capstone Curriculum [Translation Partner] and The Urban Ministry Institute (TUMI) June 21, 2019 The Translation Partnership Agreement for [language] Capstone Curriculum (herein referred to as “Contract”) states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between The Urban Ministry Institute of World Impact, Lorna Rasmussen (Chief Project Officer) [herein referred to as “TUMI”] and [Translation Partner ministry]), [Translation Partner representative] [herein referred to as “Translation Partner”] who agrees to this Contract.

1. Terms and Conditions

1. A Translation Partner must first be approved and maintain their status as an official satellite of The Urban Ministry Institute in order for any of the following guidelines to be duly acted upon or carried out.

2. TUMI will provide TUMI’s English source files for each resource, one at a time.

3. The Urban Ministry Institute of World Impact, Inc. retains all copyright for the translated materials, and may sell the translated materials to anyone at TUMI’s discretion. TUMI/World Impact, Inc. must appear on all translated materials as the copyright holder. 4. The information contained on the copyright page of the translated resource must contain the entire content of the original English language copyright page as well as a translation of the entire English copyright page.

2. Scope of Services

1. TUMI will not be involved in selection of translators or other participants, and TUMI will not have any financial participation in the project.
