3. TUMI shall have the exclusive right to release the work in any mechanical, electronic, cloud, or other form now known or hereafter invented. 4. TUMI will make each resource available through a widely used platform such as Amazon, Kindle, or Kobo after it has been completed, checked and authorized for release. We will notify the Translation Partner as soon as these are available. 5. The Translation Partners may only re-sell TUMI curriculum (e.g., translated Capstone Student Workbooks) to their students. The translators may not sell any of the translated material to an individual or group outside of their ministry. 6. TUMI permits the Translation Partner to reproduce copies of the translated Student Workbooks for use with its students. The translators must pay TUMI a royalty of 15% of the selling price, with a minimum royalty of $1.00 per book for each translated Student Workbook they reproduce (honor system).

4. Confidentiality

The Translation Partner and any subcontractors hired by the Translation Partner shall not disclose any files or details regarding The Capstone Curriculum quizzes, answer keys, or make copies of any content based on the concepts contained for personal use or for distribution unless requested to do so by TUMI, or use Confidential Information other than solely for the benefit of the Client.

5. No Modification Unless in Writing

No modification of this Contract shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both the Client and Consultant.
