b. He appeared unrecognizable to his friends and disciples at times, cf. Luke 24.13-16; John 20.14-15; Mark 16.12.

d. His body could ascend into the heavenlies, Acts 1.9; Phil. 3.20-21.

3. His body, as the first fruits of the resurrection, is immortal (i.e., without any hint or quality of being able to be corrupted or die).

1. While there is no direct testimony of Jesus’ resurrection (eye-witness testimony who witnessed the resurrection within the tomb with Jesus ) there is ample and satisfactory indirect evidence of its certainty.
