God, every believer can be released to represent the King, follow his commands, and experience a foretaste of the Kingdom to come!

Like Belle, believers are longing for adventure. Happily, it exists in the epic Story of Christus Victor. There is more than “this provincial life.”

However, my journey was not done. While I understood more about the problem, I needed to know how I got so far off track. How did I crop Jesus from the picture ? Part Two (Do You Know Where You’re Going To?) chronicles the next phase of my quest.

Jesus, have mercy on us. We have sinned by cropping you from your own Story. We have inserted ourselves in your rightful place and made you the object of our own personal story. Help us see ourselves in proper perspective again.
