Determine expectations from key stake holders. 5. Propose project start and completion dates. 6. Select possible project leader and team members. 7. List possible project steps. 8. Calculate funding and resources needed for project. 9. Specify questions or concerns regarding project. 10. Submit project proposal for approval. 11. Adjust proposal. 12. Receive approval to move forward with proposal from project manager. Approval Phase 1. Draft thorough project plan (tasks, timeframe, define team members) based on results desired (outcome, specifications, standards) for Director’s okay.
