9. Once the project is completed, I close the details carefully, making certain that we have delivered the results, disposed of surplus goods, and all details have been wrapped up and cleared up.

10. I always gather project team members together after a project is completed for the purpose of evaluating our performance, the deliverable, the history of the project, things we can learn, and our relationships during the project. I always celebrate with team members on projects well done!

11. I evaluate with the “stakeholders” and “clients” (those for whom the project was done) to see if the project was satisfactory in terms of outcome and results.

12. I archive all project paperwork (receipts, evaluations, and review summaries) along with the actual materials, prototypes, and/or products produced for later reference.
