6. List out all appropriate tasks and possible assignments that will lead to the achievement of the project, and sequence them as efficiently as possible.
7. Develop a workable schedule to coordinate the tasks.
8. Develop a workable budget for assigning resources to accomplish the tasks.
9. Secure approval for the plan, schedule, and budget by the appropriate stakeholders and leaders to begin the work.
B. The Project Implementation Phase
The Project Implementation Phase involves resourcing, coordinating, guiding, and monitoring the efforts of the team members in order to accomplish the project on time, on budget, and according to its approved specifications. Neh. 4.14-15 – And I looked and arose and said to the nobles and to the officials and to the rest of the people, "Do not be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome, and fight for your brothers, your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your homes." [15] When our enemies heard that it was known to us and that God had frustrated their plan, we all returned to the wall, each to his work.
1. Commit the entire process, endeavor, result to the Lord.
2. Finalize tasks, deadlines, and assignments of team members, contacting them regarding their role in the project plan, and release them to the work.
3. Establish up front milestone dates (i.e., those scheduled project team progress meetings), and guide team to accomplish their tasks.
