4. Officially commence project plan, monitoring the progress of all team members in accordance with the plan.

5. Communicate regularly with stakeholders as you progress toward the project’s completion.

6. Identify, fight, and put out all project fires (i.e., resolve conflicts over schedule, budget, relationships, supply, or any relevant issue).

7. Offer regular feedback to team members on questions regarding the project’s progress and accomplishment.

8. Make adjustments to the project plan, taking corrective action to help secure any necessary resources, reschedule the timeline, and/or change the project scope in order to carry out plan.

9. Complete the project on time, within budget, and according to approved specifications.

C. The Project Wrap-Up Phase

The Project Wrap-Up Phase focuses upon the formal closing of the project, especially stressing the acceptance of the deliver- ables by the key stakeholders. It also includes reflecting upon and evaluating the overall project performance with the team, celebrating the project’s achievement, and archiving all related materials and reports of the project for future reference. Neh. 6.15-16 – So the wall was finished on the twenty-fifth day of the month Elul, in fifty-two days. [16] And when all our enemies heard of it, all the nations around us were afraid and fell greatly in their own esteem, for they perceived that this work had been accomplished with the help of our God.
