A multi-cultural, unchurched setting requires a missiological wisdom which recognizes the importance of providing each new convert a believer the requisite parental oversight which will allow them to grow in Christ. Only tender loving care, given abundantly and immediately after salvation, will conserve the fruit of evangelism in such a volatile, complex environment.
