5. Be open to expanding courses and programs offered at your Institute, as God leads. Recruit new professors and mentors, brainstorm new possibilities of courses and workshops offered, and form new partnerships with local supporting churches who can catch a vision of what you have begun to establish at your center. Continue to tell others of the various training opportunities available at your Institute. Create a brochure that explains what your Institute is about, and strive to meet with all the pastors of churches in your area to let them know how your Institute is seeking to help equip leaders within their congregation. Encourage your students to tell others about the excellent training available to them through your Institute. 6. The closer you get to the completion of your first graduating class, you should begin to recruit students for your next program of study. You may use your Capstone Materials again for another class of students. Please remember to purchase the necessary licenses for any Capstone or Foundations courses you choose to reuse. For a nominal annual site license renewal fee ($250) 1 you may continue to be recognized as a Satellite of The Urban Ministry Institute , and will again have administrative support, access to our web site and our continually developing host of resources at a discount.

1 A $400 reactivation fee applies to all satellites who allow their license to expire.

7. Do not be afraid to dream. Expect great things from the Lord. Faith honors God, and God honors faith!
