5. It will greatly expand the impact of the ministry of your church or organization. Your ministry will be multiplied as you train others to train others to do the work of the ministry. 6. It will express in concrete fashion the greater unity of the body of Christ to advance the Kingdom and proclaim the Gospel. Equipping leadership for the urban church is a vision that the entire church can rally around, in the name of Christ. 7. It will greatly edify the life and outreach of the local congregations in your community as leaders of the Church grow in their depth in the Word of God. As Christian leaders are strengthened and encouraged, their own ministries of service, worship, proclamation, and teaching will be enhanced, resulting in a more biblically literate and cared-for local church life.
