Article XII: Amendments Section 1: These bylaws, with the exception of Articles IV and V, may be amended by the board of directors at any constituted meeting, and when so amended, shall become effective immediately. Section 2: Proposed Amendments. Any board member may propose amendments to these bylaws, provided that such proposed amendments are filed in writing with the board of directors at least 30 days prior to the meeting in which action is anticipated.
