During this period, we hope to mobilize four additional church start-ups. 2. Recruit four partnering churches. 3. Form four church partnership teams. 4. Train four church partnership teams. 5. Launch four kick-off events, ESL classes, and Bible studies. 6. Assemble believers in the four communities. 7. Identify six new communities and partnering churches. Action plan to reach goals: 1.
