Through healthy cell groups, we seeks to bring healing to families and individuals to the glory of God. We hope to accomplish this within five years among the Hispanic poor and alienated within 15 blocks of the World Impact ministry center on Sussex Ave. Key goals: 1. Foundation of prayer: Weekly team prayer, prayer walking in the neighborhood, one-on one prayer times – November 1, 2003 2. Language Training for team members: March 1 This includes 4-6 week immersion language training in a Hispanic country for David. (This may be repeated up to two additional times within the charter.) 3. Obtain Cell Group and discipleship training materials: David and Lorenzo – November 1, 2003 4. Hold outreach events for purpose of meeting felt needs in community: Team – February 1, 2004 5. Establish guidelines for ethical issues, leadership requirements and theological guidelines: David and Lorenzo – June 1, 2004
