1. Draft possible work breakdown structure (tasks)
2. List out any specifications associated with the project
3. List potential team members and their roles and responsibilities
4. List out various milestones and dates as checkpoints
B. Project manager submits final Project Task Chart to project coordinator for sign-off
C. Project coordinator places project on TUMI Project Portfolio
V. Project Manager forms team and holds initial meeting
A. Contact potential team members, invite to initial meeting
B. Project team meeting is scheduled, with agenda laid out for first meeting
1. All issues associated with the project are discussed
2. All input from various people received and weighed
C. First project team meeting convened
1. Written Proposal is reviewed with the team
2. Work Breakdown structure reviewed
3. Responsibilities determined, assigned
