SET-UP

Caleb 1. Move coat rack (currently in Strategy room) into Caleb. 2. Pull out robes that will work for Meg, Val, Penny, Terry and Dons. 3. Put Graduation “Notes” in Caleb in a folder, along with programs to give to each person. 4. Press any robes that need to be pressed. 5. Pull out hats and tassels (are these all black? Certificate graduates?) 6. Press stoles (colored for Certificate/black & white for Diploma); hang over back of chair. 7. Put student presents and items for ushers, Scripture reader and musician in Caleb. 8. Day of: Set out crackers, sausage and cheese and fruit and bottled water for students. Banner 1. Set up stage 2. Set up TUMI podium on stage and table with tablecloth on it for certificates (see drawing) 3. Put two chairs on stage for Don and Terry 4. Set up mic at podium 5. Set up keyboard (if not already setup), set up mic for musician 6. Adjust lights for stage 7. Move drums (to classroom or closet) 8. Move extra chairs and dividers to classroom 9. Set up 100 chairs and stack 15 additional in back. 10. Set up video camera 11. Print out “Reserved” signs and put on front two rows on right, two front left chairs in first row on left, and very back row on right for servers 12. Place 2 programs in podium 13. Put programs on chair in back of Banner 14. Put Don’s binder in podium Commons 1. Iron table cloths and put on tables 2. Iron colored squares and put on tablecloths in center of table 3. Place plastic over colored squares and tablecloths 4. Wipe off plastic 5. Put flower bouquets from closet on round tables, three in the center of food tables 6. Put plates, napkins, plastic ware on serving table 7. Place punch bowl with coffee/hot water pots and prepare for plug in, punch cups and coffee styro cups 8. Place 2nd punch bowl on what will be the cake table, put small plates and napkins on this table, and forks 9. Empty trash cans if they have anything in them and put new liners in the cans 10. Set out trays for cheese, trays for wraps, baskets for crackers, 2 big bowls for fruit, serving utensils for bbq wienies
