CLEAN-UP, Tuesday evening

Caleb 1. Make sure students get all of their personal items out of room 2. Vacuum 3. Put all robes (including Terry’s) in Lorna’s office (lay across her table)

4. Put coat rack back in Strategy room 5. Empty trash and put a new liner in 6. Put extra food items in TUMI fridge 7. Clean up staff lounge area

Banner 1. Stack chairs off to the side 2. Vacuum

3. Move chairs from classroom and closet back into Banner 4. Move dividers back into Banner (from Joshua Classroom) 5. Move tables back into Banner (from TUMI’s hall closet) 6. Empty trash (including the trash in studio booth) 7. Move drums back into Banner 8. Leave keyboard up but take gaffers tape off of cords – CAP folk will use 9. Leave podium in Banner but take TUMI seal off front of podium and put in drawer in storage room – CAP folk will move to desired place 10. Take down small table and put in closet next to stage (hang table cloth over hanger) 11. Move chairs off of stage Commons 1. Wipe off plastic table cloths (including serving tables) 2. Collect all centerpieces and put in box (box is in TUMI’s big hall closet), put in stage closet 3. Empty trash and put new liners in (wipe off trash cans) 4. Take off Burgundy cloths and hang (or fold loosely and lay over back of chair until we can hang) 5. Put white table cloths back on tables (they are in TUMI’s big hall closet), put colored squares on them and put plastic back on top of it. 6. Place center pieces from kitchen on each table 7. Vacuum 8. Clean coffee pot and put back in Kitchen 9. Clean punch bowl with two serving scoops and all serving dishes and return to Caleb (these belong to TUMI) Kitchen 1. Empty fridge/bring extra food to TUMI’s fridge (for now) 2. Wipe out fridge 3. Wash dishes and put away 4. Take all dirty dish rags to wash and return 5. Sweep/mop floor 6. Empty all trash (take to dumpster along with any other trash from the evening (put in big green rolling dumpster)
