I. The Goal of the Partnership

The two entities, World Impact and the participating Independent Christian Churches in the Wichita Area, will partner together to plant an urban Hispanic church in the Planeview community to the glory of God.

II. The Partnership Model

It is requested that the leaders of partner churches explain the developing partnership between World Impact and the NICHE Project, to their own congregations. In this explanation, they should emphasize the positive benefits of maximizing the Kingdom of God through partnerships - especially among the urban poor where there is such a need. It should be explained unapologetically, and through assuring their church members, that we are partnering only with groups who are evangelical in creed and doctrine. It will be incumbent upon the leaders of each participating church to exhort their congregational members to participate in this cooperative ministry by serving our Lord and Savior in this unique opportunity. This partnership includes: The Partnership Model will consist of Team Leaders Jack and Bonnie Ramos-Needham, Core Team* Members, Support Team Members plus Volunteers. The ministry of World Impact will provide: one Team Leader, (the Ramos-Needhams) who will direct two to four other Core Team Members. The Independent Christian Churches will provide initial Core Team Members (one or two members from among the churches) and additional Core Team Members may be added through the duration of the Hispanic church plant, in consultation with World Impact and the Team Leader.
