Problems in ministry usually are complex, multi-layered, and come in bunches. Therefore, we will often require other team members to contribute to solutions to ensure our ability to attain our objectives.

A. Ministry challenges are too complex for any one individual.

Mark 3.14 (ESV) – And he appointed twelve (whom he also named apostles) so that they might be with him and he might send them out to preach.

1. Your church difficulties will quickly outweigh your individual strength and experience.

2. Leverage the gifts of your team members for maximum success.

3. Church leadership development demands the ability to identify and coordinate gifted people who can help you attain your training mission.
