4. Write out all tasks that need to be done for this project. Based on the tasks, make a list of resources that you will need. Make sure that if some team members can supply any of these, that you contact them and see if they are willing to use their resources for the project. 5. Create a budget for that project based on those items. Secure all necessary supplies and resources you will need to accomplish the project, and double check that you will have them for the day or dates of the event. 6. Plan refreshments for the team, and arrange for parts of the team to prep the work area, purchase any necessary items, and bring snacks to the service project. 7. Appoint one of the Chapter members to take pictures throughout this service project (and get you all of the digital files when the project is done). 8. Finalize arrival time, work time, and any directions that will need to be covered with the particular client of the service project, and communicate this information to all chapter members who will participate before the project begins. 10. After the project is completed, clean up the work area neatly, and put everything away. Remove all litter and trash left at the project (if applicable), and ensure that the workspace looks better than when you arrived. 11. Later, evaluate how the Chapter volunteers worked together, and celebrate the results of the project with the team. The best timing will usually be within a week or two after you have completed the project. Make sure that you file any necessary paperwork and plans you came up with for this service project (for future reference, in case you decide to repeat this kind of project again). 9. Conduct and do the service project together as a Chapter – excellently, carefully, and thoroughly for the Lord.
