Budget and Registration
It is important to think through each step of the retreat with costs in mind to create a budget (see the sample budgets that follow). Also, it would be good to consider how you will process registrations and collect payments. We have seen increased registrations and payments since moving to an online registration site called www.eventbrite.com. Most sites like it will take a minimal portion of the payment for administrative fees. However, having the online registration process has helped grow registrants.
