The Church is motivated by gratitude to God, for his love in Jesus Christ, and the glorious salvation he has supplied to us in him.

The Church worships the triune God through Jesus Christ

E. The Church worships God alone: the Triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit will not share his glory with another, and alone is deserving of our highest and best praise.
