B. The Personal Dimensions: we are to deliberately focus our careful attention and minds upon those things that are excellent and praiseworthy.

a. Video media (television, DVDs, billboards, the internet, etc.)
b. Audio oriented media (CDs, radio, etc.)
c. Written media (books, magazines, texts, etc.)
