4. Not for anything that causes a believer of weaker conscience to stumble , 1 Cor. 8.13 - “Therefore, if food makes my brother stumble, I will never eat meat, lest I make my brother stumble.”

5. Only for those things which provide an opportunity to love our brothers and sisters in Christ , Gal. 5.13 - “For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.”

6. For only those things which glorify God , 1 Cor. 10.31 - “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”

7. Not for anything that gives offense to Jew, Gentile, or the Church of God , 1 Cor. 10.32 - “Give no offense to Jews or to Greeks or to the Church of God.”

8. Only for those things which contribute to winning others to Christ , 1 Cor. 10.33 - “Just as I try to please everyone in everything I do, not seeking my own advantage, but that of many, that they may be saved.”

III. The Word of God Calls Us - His People - to Engage in Mission, to Make Disciples of Jesus Christ among All Nations, to Engage in Spiritual Warfare against the Devil, and to Demonstrate the Life of the Kingdom through Our Love and Good Works.

A. As members of the universal priesthood, God calls us to fulfill the Great Commission.

1. The command to the Church is to go and make disciples of all nations, Matt. 28.18-20.
