G. Begin to bear fruit immediately in your own relationship network and circle.
1. Share the Lord with the members of your family and household.
a. John 1.41-42 – He first found his own brother Simon and said to him, “We have found the Messiah” (which means Christ). [42] He brought him to Jesus. Jesus looked at him and said, “So you are Simon the son of John? You shall be called Cephas” (which means Peter).
b. Acts 16.31 – And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
2. Pray that God would touch the hearts of those in your immediate web: family, friends, and associates, 1 Pet. 3.15 – but in your hearts regard Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you.
H. Expect God to grant you fruit to reproduce, both in your own life and in the lives of others.
1. The Word of God can never be frustrated, Isa. 55.10-11 – For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return there but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater, [11] so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.
