1. Now by faith we are members of the family of God, Gal. 3.26-28; John 1.11-13.

2. As his lambs, we are placed into the flock of the Lord; Ps. 23.1-6; John 10.14-16.

3. We are joined as members to the body of Christ, 1 Cor. 12.26-27; Rom. 12.4-5.

4. Together with other believers we are made into the Temple of the Spirit, 1 Cor. 3.16-17; Eph. 2.19-22.

5. We are commanded to love one another, Rom. 13.8-11; 1 John 4.7-11.

F. Element 6: Walking with God

1. We grow as we feed on the Word of God, Ps. 119.9-11; 2 Tim. 3.15-17.

2. We spend time in prayer, Matt. 6.9-13; Jer. 33.3.

3. We worship God alone and with other believers, 1 Pet. 2.4-5; Heb. 13.15-16.

4. We learn to trust and obey God, Prov. 3.5-6; John 15.1-5.

5. We learn to obey our pastors and leaders, Heb. 13.17; 1 Thess. 5.12-13.
