A. Managing the class schedule:

1. Coordinate class schedule with the Site Coordinator selecting the dates and times for the course you will be teaching. 2. Select class format (e.g. weekend, four-week, eight-week, etc.). 3. Create a course schedule (with days and dates for class, along with key subjects covered in each class, quiz dates, assignments due). 4. Establish a weekly class schedule (a template that you can use to guide your student learning on a weekly basis).

B. Studying and planning – your personal preparation:

1. Review the overall scope of the lesson: a. Course title and overview b. Objectives

c. Devotional material d. Contact questions e. Response to the video segment questions f. Mentor notes
