C. Preparing class paperwork (all forms can be found at www.tumi.org/mentor ):

1. Create documents related to information on students (i.e., Attendance Sheet, Student Information Sheet, Grade Recording Sheet). 2. Access required textbooks and reading assignments. 3. Inform students: Draft and print handouts for your students (i.e., Class Schedule with Notes, Reading Assignments and Reading Assignment Forms; Scripture Memory Grading Form; Holding Fast the Good; Assignment Submission envelope). 4. Copy appropriate number of quizzes and the final exam. 1. Facilities: Clean (sweep or vacuum, clean floor, touch up walls). 2. Classroom: Set up (arrange and wipe off chairs and tables for the number of students registered; check/set room temperature). 3. Equipment: Ready (set up laptop/DVD with projector; screen; prepare video and check everything to ensure working). 4. Supplies: Prepare (whiteboard, markers, and eraser; stapler, extra pens/pencils; quiz basket, etc). 5. Snacks: Set up area to serve snacks if you decide to provide them.
