that is woven into all the systems of the nations – education, government, legal, etc. “Only a visitation from the Lord Himself, awakening His people and advancing His Kingdom, could possibly make a difference among so many millions [billions] of people suffering under the tyranny of the enemy. God must arise, scatter His enemies, and demonstrate His power, redeeming souls, transforming lives, and changing urban neighborhoods through a fresh visitation of the Holy Spirit.” In our missions mandate to engage in this spiritual war, our secret will lie in our embracing together in aggressive, sustained prayer. It is our communication piece to listen for our directives from the Spirit of the Lord so that we can move forward according to where He is already convicting of sin and righteousness and judgement (John 16.8). It is also by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving we can make our requests known to God (Phil. 4.6). It is in this embracing that the peace of God which surpasses all understanding guards our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Phil. 4.7). In all our denominational differences, we can embrace in prayer, “Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and you are exalted as head above all. Both riches and honor come from you, and you rule over all. In your hand are power and might, and in your hand it is to make great and to give strength to all. And now we thank you, our God, and praise your glorious name” (1 Chron. 29.11-13). We can all unite around the one constant and that is our God is the author, sustainer, and provider for missions. There is no Christian tribe – past-present-future – that does not have this same missions heart of God, and that is to see that none perish but all be reconciled and at peace with God by the blood of his cross (Col. 1.20). He has given us this ministry of reconciliation (2 Cor. 5.18-21). If anyone claims Christ, whether
