World Impact staff will participate with the team in all phases of the church-planting process. • Both ESDAOG and World Impact will provide intercessors to pray for the church plant team. • ESDAOG will take full responsibility for the costs of the church plant, including training. • World Impact will provide opportunities for the team and the church plant to use World Impact support ministries including theological training, camping, and job training, as openings are available. • World Impact and ESDAOG commit to share responsibility for managing unforeseen conflict, using a conciliation process, if necessary.
