Day 10

Take a moment and pray before reading the following passage. Pray that God will open your heart and mind to the truth of his Word. If you have time, read the passage more than once—underlining things that stand out to you. “So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, ‘If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.’” John 8.31-32 Holy loving Father, thank you for all the mercies you have bestowed on me. I thank you for your Son, Jesus Christ and the sacrifice he made for me so that I may enter your presence freely each and every day. Give me discernment by your Spirit as I seek to put your will into practice daily in my life. Help me to be an example to others by showing your love through my life. May you be my guide as I bring others close to you. I pray we will know the truth and the truth will set us free. Amen.
