c. Jesus will send no proxies, substitutes, or messengers in his place when it comes time to consummate God’s Kingdom. He will come himself, personally.
2. His coming will be physical .
a. His coming will be bodily, real, not spiritual or psychic, Acts 1.11.
b. The personal coming will be in the same body with which he ascended to the heavens.
3. His coming will be visible .
a. Jesus says his coming will appear in the sky, and that the nations will mourn when they see him coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory, Matt. 24.30.

b. The coming of Christ will be visible to the eyesight of all those on the earth.
4. His coming will be full of splendor and glory .
a. It is described in the Synoptic Gospels as our Lord Jesus coming on the clouds with great power and glory, Matt. 24.30; Mark 13.26; Luke 21.27.
