Take a moment and pray before reading the following passage. Pray that God will open your heart and mind to the truth of his Word. If you have time, read the passage more than once—underlining things that stand out to you. “And I tell you, everyone who acknowledges me before men, the Son of Man also will acknowledge before the angels of God, but the one who denies me before men will be denied before the angels of God.” Luke 12.8-9 Father, I seek to endorse you in all my actions. May my lips speak the truth of your Lordship. May my actions proclaim your love.

May my words be bold and holy. May my heart be yours always. And your name my first thought So that I am known by you. So that you are known to the world through me. Amen.
